Megan Fox's role in the music video production Love The Way You Lie, performed by Eminem and Rihanna, was more than just an acting opportunity for the twenty five year old actress. She donated her appearance fee to Sojourn Services, a shelter for abused women, which is perfectly fitting as the song is centered on the domestic abuse problem and how couples in an abusive relationship just can't seem to get themselves out of it.
Sojourn Services works to shelter and help rebuild the lives of woman coming out of violent relationships and any children involved. They were established in 1977, they help woman of all cultures, religions and classes. They wish to educate society on the severity of the subject and provide aid wherever they can.
The exact donated fee could not be disclosed, but it is said that it was a very generous donation and will make quite a bit of difference within the charity.
