A visa is any document that permits an alien or foreigner for entry and exit in a certain territory or nation. The authority will still lie in the immigration officers whether they will allow a certain individual to visit or leave their territory. Many nations do not require having such due to some treaties and agreements that are made. For someone to have a China business visa, it would surely take time. The country is known to be ideal for business tycoons that is why many people wants to get one.

Business visa belongs to the category of short stay which means that a person is only allowed to have short visits in the host country. This is given to individuals who want to engage commerce in the said country. Also, it can be given to foreign citizens who asked to go to China to conduct research and surveys in the fields of technology, science, sport and education. This is only valid for a certain period that will not exceed the duration of six months.

Application for such will take for about more than a week. To be able to finish everything ahead of time, make sure that you prepare the right travel documents. For those people who are in a rush, they could have your application processed quickly but they require an additional pay.

The very first step in the process of having a visa is to fill up an application form from the Chinese Embassy. Make sure that you are consistent with your information and select the correct type you are applying for. The said country classifies any business visa as type F. You will also need to attach a 2x2 inch passport photo, a copy of the hotel accomodation and the flight of your travel itinerary. An endorsement letter from the company that invited you will also be submitted.

This whole process may cost a lot. But they are not strict in their modes of payment. One can actually pay through cash, checks or even through cards. Regular processing fee cost cheaper than those that are being rushed. Fees may vary depending on the nationality of the applicants.

Applications must be given personally. Most applications that are mailed has the tendency to be rejected. Once everything is prepared, seek for a Chinese Consulate. Many travel agencies may also help in the whole process depending on the situations of the applicant.

Now that everything is passed, waiting for the response will be the last part. If you wish to avoid any postponements, better apply a month before your scheduled departure. Always see to it that everything is settled and done before anything else.

Any person who is suffering from any diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS, leprosy and other mental disorders are not allowed to enter the territories of China. This is to avoid any infectious disease from spreading all throughout their territories. All countries even have such policy to ensure safety of their citizens.

A China business visa may expire. The duration of a type F is only good for thirty days which means a foreigner could stay in the said country for thirty days upon the date of entry. Failure to abide such will lead to some penalties and fines.
