Sonic the Hedgehog has appeared in many games exactly where he had to battle his foes. Luckily he did not have to do this by himself, because his buddies helped him in the process.
And who might these friends be? Let us find out.
Miles "Tails" Prower
Tails is Sonic the Hedgehog's first and best friend. Not just that, he also is actually Sonic's sidekick. When the blue hero is in a pinch, Tails is always there to help him out. His best ability is to travel using his twin tails.
Sonic can also benefit from Tails flying ability. Tails can pick up Sonic and lift him to places the Hedgehog wouldn't be able to achieve on his own. As a good friend, Tails is a push over and a little bit too emotional when faced with hurdles. But he tries to find strength within and conquer his worries.
Whilst playing the 2D video games, Tails is mostly accessible as a second player that has an unlimited quantity of lives. A clever player will use Tails to destroy doctor Eggman and keep Sonic out of danger, because it is game over if he dies.
Amy "Sweetheart" Rose
This really is Sonic's unofficial sweetheart. She also goes by the name of Rosy the Rascal. She is pink and very adorable. Her favorite food is frozen treats.
For a small girl she sure is strong. Just look at the woman's weapon, a large hammer. She uses it with skill plus she has clobbered plenty of enemies with it.
Knuckles who can fly
Knuckles, the red competitor, is a great friend of Sonic. Both are very aggressive though. This brings out the very best in both of them. Unlike Tails who is a push over, Knuckles does not back down from anything.
We checked out Sonic's closest friends Tails, Amy, and Knuckles. In later 3D games we get introduced to other friends that help Sonic in adventures, like Big the cat and E-102 Gamma.
Sonic has a great team of friends along with some of the 3D game titles they also have to work as a team to get everything carried out. Maybe Sonic will get much more friends in the future.
