For an organization to achieve its anticipated goals there must be good interaction between employee and employers. The employees also require relating well with their fellow employees. This is because; all these parties are geared towards achievement of a common goal. They require one another for the successful attainment of these goals. For them to attain these goals in the right way, they require to relate well. However, some employees do not know how to relate well with one another. They love keeping grudges. Labor relations training helps enlighten the employees, on the importance of peaceful interaction in the organization.

Some organizations may count the cost of training their employees. However, this should not be the case. The benefit of this training supersedes the cost. Enlightened employees will help the organization increase its productivity. It also enhances proper flow of organizations activities. As a result, the organization records increased productivity.

Good relationship between employees and employers help reduce industrial disputes. This is because employees are free to air their grievances to the employers without fear. They do not have to go to the street to ensure that their employers hear them. This helps reduce strikes, go slows and lock out. These industrial unrests create a bad reputation of the organization.

Organizations can record high profits if they minimize wastage as much as they can. Wastage cannot be minimized without proper communication and coordination between parties in an organization. Poor relationships lead to machine and time wastage. Again, in case of go slows and lockouts, the organization lose a lot in terms of wasted production. It may also lose its properties if the employees decide to go wild.

Good relations in the organization help reduce wastage. This is because; such relationships are built and maintained through proper cooperation. This helps reduce wastage of that occur due to lack of proper communication. In addition, reduction of industrial unrest contributes to the reduction of wastage that occurs due to discontinued production. This helps the organization reduce on cost, hence high profits.

High productivity is not only beneficial to the production firm, but to the country at lager. Production is one of the ways of enhancing economic growth. With good relationships in the organization, productivity is highly boosted. The country will indirectly benefit trough taxes and increased employment opportunity.

Apart from proper industrial relationship, being important to the production firms, the entire country also benefits from such relationships. For instance, for a country to develop economically, Production is inevitable. Good relationships in organizations play a major role in enhancing productivity. This greatly enhances the economic growth.

Organizations have many resources. However, employees are the most important resources. This is because; smooth flow of the organization is entirely vested on the employees. Their failure means failure of the entire organization. As a result, employers should not under look the welfare of these employees. They should give them the attention they require. Since employees will always have unsolved grievances, it is important to offer them labor relations training. This make them enlightened on how to go about speaking out their problems.
