There Is No Shortage of Things to Do in LA So Travel Soon

By Aaron Vincett

There is no shortage of things to do in LA, so when I made up my mind to travel Los Angeles County in Southern California was definitely in my top 100 choices. It wasn't until I heard more about the attractions there was I convinced that it was going to be my travel destination. The top attractions that caught my eye were the art museum tours, the whale watching, Magic Mountain, and the cheap hotels. On top of those attractions was the thought of actually sighting a celebrity in Hollywood, and of course Disneyland, the greatest of Orange County attraction.

Before I just jumped right into my travel, though, I needed to plan. Because there are so many things to do in LA, it was necessary to pick which of the things to do in LA I would do. The first thing I did in my planning was type "Things to do in LA" into Google, and I was on my way. The first thing that caught my eye from my "Things to do in LA" search was an article "the Top 100 Top Attractions in Los Angeles County". On the list were the attractions that I had already thought of; whale watching, Magic Mountain, the art museum tours, and Orange County's Disneyland. It was the reviews that really helped, though; actual reviews by people who had gone to Los Angeles County already and the attractions that they liked.

Because there is so many things to do in LA, I also had to find out the best hotels to stay at. I searched "California hotels", "Southern California hotels", and even "Los Angeles County hotels". I found so much about hotels around the things to do in LA; the cheapest hotels, the nicest hotels, the hotels with a pool. Then I cross referenced with my things to do in LA search. In the end I found a few five star hotels suite that was dirt cheap. And the hotels would be right around all the things to do in LA.

I started off my trip with Orange County and its greatest of attractions, Disneyland. This was my number one on my list of things to do in LA. After Disneyland, I carefully maneuvered my way out of Orange County and into Los Angeles County where I would find my next top attractions. Hollywood was also in my top 100 top attractions, and one of my favorite things to do in LA. Hollywood is filled with events to attend. Also near Hollywood were the hotels that were especially cheap. Hollywood was great because I stayed in one of the best hotels, and I even got to see a celebrity!

The last travel attraction on my top attractions list was the art museum tours. California is famous for the museum spots, and of all the things to do in LA, this is the one of the top 100 that I was most looking forward to. I would travel around the art museums all the time if I could. This ended my Southern California trip, and though I didn't get to do in LA all the top 100 top attractions, I had plenty to look forward to for my next travel.
