A poem is a musical representation of wordings and melodies that bring some form of rhythm to the mind of the reciter of the poem as well as the audience who receives the message. The poem is normally used to present certain information that touches on critical or important issues within the society at large. The poems about Christ is the words spoken in a musical way but is directly taking the faith of Christ Jesus.
Poem in the most correct forms can perform wonders to individuals or group of listeners who may use it in the correct form. Some have come up with the aspect of worshipping through the performance of miracles some have believed in the use of some Christian idols to worshipping the same God. Some however, have opted the other way by introducing the secular drum beats into worshipping the true, but rather they are just doing the opposite.
Of course, all the verses in the Bible are of good representation of how God should be worship; many have really done the opposite. It is not that Bible does not recognize this mode of worship, yes they are there and recognized, and however, how they are used is the problem.
The same way the secular music has been introduced in the worship is the same manners the other forms of idol worship have been introduced. Poems are proper channels through which words are passed to the recipients.
Do the Bible talks relate to the poem; yes it talks about the poems being used by King Solomon to represent the love of Jesus to the church. This is a typical type of poem that really talks about the Messiah and within it we are able to feel the urge of the words driving us with motion whenever is being presented.
On the other hand a good poem is that type of poem that portrays the true gospel of Jesus and so when heard by the audience; it should be in harmony with the gospel and the words of the Holy Bible. Creating what the mind thinks and using it to pass the word of God is not healthy and this can lead to eternal death.
