Planning For Water Color Artists

Water color artists are the creative people who paint; these paintings are beautiful and are used in interior decoration. This is the easiest art method which can be implemented using limited amount of tools. Limited amount of paints, brushes to apply paint and a paper as a canvas are the needs. Adept skills and some amount of experience are mandatory for this.

This is the oldest form of painting but started to gain popularity since Renaissance. Some of the German print makers believed that this can be ideal for small and detailed studies. This was the minor branch of painting for some time. An Englishman discovered its power and use in hand-color etching. Another person showed that this can be a great medium for plain air painting.

These paintings are transparent because of pigmentation of colors. Many painters use this platform to recreate their imaginations. Every painting of such type comes with a sparkle which adds life to it. Paper is mainly used for this but there are other materials which can be used. Plastic and leather canvas can also be used effectively for this. This technique may seem very easy to practice but this is not true.

The painter need to be cautious during the work or it may damage the whole painting. The paper of superior quality and should be selected for this purpose. Paper should be selected based on the uniqueness of the painting to be made. You can choose from the various verities of paper like cold pressed or hot pressed. Size and weight of the paper also plays an important role.

To avoid the problem of wrinkling the thin paper should be stretched before starting the painting. Depending on the skill set of the painter the paintings should be selected. Tubes and pans are used for the packing purpose. To create the proper color the paints should be mixed with water. The brush must be cleaned and washed properly while using multiple colors.

If you use pan colors, ensure that you rinse your brush each time you change colors because this can damage the shades of painting. There is a concept which tells that black and white colors are prohibited in such paintings which is not true. One can observe many great paintings of such type made with precise black and white paints. Pre-planning is an essential step to produce high quality paintings.

Planning is an essential part and this needs to be perfect to avoid unpleasant conditions. Paint brush is the main tool used for painting but new generation painters has shown that many more tools can be used to paint. It is advised that new painters should practice with traditional tools before trying advanced options. Materials used to produce such high quality prints are cost effective and can be availed easily.

Water color artists utilize these cheap materials to create masterpieces which cost high. This is a great practice to visualize ideas and exhibit it in front of the world. Easy availability of materials makes this technique popular among young learners and also professionals. These paintings should be protected from water which is the great disadvantage.
